PARENTS and carers have bought and donated Easter eggs this year to Women’s Aid for children who will be in refuge this Easter. Women’s Aid work closely with Oak Tree School and the work they have done is invaluable for many families.

PUPILS at Oak Tree Primary School were visited this week by fire fighters from Mansfield and Edwinstowe fire stations to deliver a special talk on fire safety. 

Head teacher, Kate Watson, said, “keeping our children safe is a top priority here at Oak Tree and we are delighted to be able to work with fire fighters within our community to help deliver vital safety messages.”
