We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and inspirational SENDCO with a proven track in SEND needs to place a key role in contributing to the continued success of our school.  

The successful applicant will be responsible for supporting and improving the welling, attendance, behaviour and progress of students with additional needs. Oak Tree Primary School is part of the Aspire Multi Academy Trust which has a strong commitment to continuing professional development and training for all staff.

You will be:

  • A qualified teacher who has high expectations of themselves and other, with a minimum of 5 years experience and some knowledge of the SENCo role.
  • An innovative leader

  • Committed to delivering the best possible outcomes for all students
  • Be knowledgeable, enthusiastic, determined and rigorous about improving further the achievement of all students’
  • A team player who can inspire, enthuse and motivate students and staff
